How do I book an appointment?

  • Please contact us using either of the following methods
  • contact form on our contact us page
  • Phone the salon of your choice for an appointment
  • Message us direct on our social media channels

Can I have a consultation for my treatment?

Yes of course you can, please just let us know that you would like one and we would be happy to get you booked in

Do I need a patch test?

We patch test 24-48 hours before any of the following treatments. Should you fail to attend your appointment for your patch test, we will automatically cancel your treatment & any booking fee paid will be lost:

  • Microblading / SPMU
  • Tinting
  • Lash Lift
  • Henna
  • Hair Colours / perms

I need to change my appointment, what shall I do?

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours in order to fill your space with another appointment. Should you not give us the required notice you may lose your booking fee or be asked to make payment prior to booking your next appointment. You may also forfeit your loyalty discount.

Can I specifically request a certain technician?

Yes of course you can, we understand that you learn to love your tech so we will always endeavour to get you booked in with them. If on the rare occasion we cannot accommodate an appointment with that person we will always offer you an alternative. We do recommended that you pre-book all your appointments to prevent this from happening.

Where can I park

FREE PARKING:

  1. Cemetery street – across the road
  2. Lever Street – 2 min walk from the salon.
  3. Above the salon – NOT FREE
  4. Council Parking:

Chapel Street – Next to Aldi

Middleton Arena Parking

You’ll need to check the tariff board on the day for the most up to date prices and conditions.

FREE parking between 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Maximum stay 3 hours. No return within 1 hour.

FREE parking with no time restrictions on Sundays, bank holidays and evenings between 6pm-8am

You are also able to park on Aldi & Tesco car parks, however we cannot advise for how long and you have to be a customer of theres.

Please avoid parking on the main road (Long Street) as there are strict limitations in place for parking here.

If your visit is likely to be longer than 3 hours, please park around the back of the church.
