Yes of course you can, please just let us know that you would like one and we would be happy to get you booked in

Do I need a patch test?

We patch test 24-48 hours before any of the following treatments. Should you fail to attend your appointment for your patch test, we will automatically cancel your treatment & any booking fee paid will be lost:

  • Microblading / SPMU
  • Tinting
  • Lash Lift
  • Henna
  • Hair Colours / perms

I need to change my appointment, what shall I do?

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours in order to fill your space with another appointment. Should you not give us the required notice you may lose your booking fee or be asked to make payment prior to booking your next appointment. You may also forfeit your loyalty discount.

Can I specifically request a certain technician?

Yes of course you can, we understand that you learn to love your tech so we will always endeavour to get you booked in with them. If on the rare occasion we cannot accommodate an appointment with that person we will always offer you an alternative. We do recommended that you pre-book all your appointments to prevent this from happening.
