Cancellation Policy

Here at Be Beau with Grace we appreciate life can sometimes can get in the way and things can pop up but we respectfully ask for notice to cancel or change your appointment with us.

All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice to fill your spot with another client. If you fail to do so, or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a fee for the appointment.

Less than 24 hours = 50% of your treatment cost (or £30 whichever is lower)

No notice or do not show up = 100% of your treatment cost

If you are attending for a free service, including Areola Reconstruction Tattooing, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. A £30 charge will be added to your account and donated to Be Beau Together CIC before we can rebook your appointment.

These charges will be applied to your account and no bookings will be made until the balance is cleared.
